Ciconia exempts all shipping charges on orders that exceed the total amount of Rs 2,000. Our vast network of birds operates swiftly and ensures the dispatch within 4-5 days on regular working days. However, this might face a tiny delay over the weekends or in lieu of public holidays. We might take more time to curate some custom orders as they need to be made with the specifications provided by you.

Shipment process

If you’re located in metropolitan or famous cities, our birds will find you and complete the product delivery within 3-7 days of shipping. Sometimes, they take extra time in finding remote regions and might call you for help as they continuously strive for a hassle-free experience.

Return process

OH MY GOD! We apologize that you had to face so much trouble and end up visiting this section.

But, don’t worry as Ciconia offers a seamless product return experience.

The process of return can be initiated by the customer provided that:

  • The request is put within 7 days of delivery
  • Product is received as damaged or defective
  • Different order or wrong item is delivered

We request our customers to understand that the return can be considered and processed only if:

  • Our team can confirm that the product was not damaged in customer’s possession
  • The MRP Tag, user manual, warranty card, manufacturer’s box, and other accessories are fully intact with the product
  • If the product shipped is genuinely different from the one selected while placing the order

As soon as your request is received, a returns and refunds team representative at Ciconia will get in touch with you to determine the damage/defect in the product. For instance, some items are not eligible for return due to their consumable nature or if they are personally customized for you. Customized products will only be eligible for return if they are damaged.

We assure you that each case will be treated with no bias and its nature will determine the suitable course of action: Replacement or Refund.
